Please note that shipping a rolled artwork means that I will take the artwork off its frame and then carefully packing it up to be shipped in a tube. When the artwork arrives at its destination, you simply re-frame or re-stretch them with the help of a local art handler or framer. For larger artwork (dimensions greater than 100x 100cm; 39x39in) , the amount of money to reframe or re-stretch the artwork will be much less than the amount of money it takes to ship the works ready-to-hang . With large artwork , this method is also much safer for the works as chances of the artwork being damaged in transit are much lower.

Voli Pindarici di una Coscienza Dormiente unfolds as a landscape of wandering thoughts, where intuition moves freely between memory, imagination, and unconscious association. Rather than following a predetermined composition, the painting develops through an ongoing dialogue with the materials. Each gesture responds to the previous one, allowing colour, line, and texture to shape the work in unexpected ways.

Working on raw canvas with acrylic, oil pastels, charcoal, markers, ballpoint pen, and wool thread, I create layered visual systems in which painting and drawing merge. The thread functions as more than a connecting element; it interrupts, redirects, and introduces moments of tension, revealing the artwork as a process of continuous transformation.

The title refers to the Italian expression voli pindarici—unexpected leaps of thought—and evokes the fluid logic of a consciousness suspended between dreaming and wakefulness. Fragments of colour, looping lines, handwritten traces, and open spaces coexist without hierarchy, suggesting that meaning emerges through uncertainty rather than control.

Part of my ongoing Utopie Reattive series, this work reflects my interest in instability, transformation, and the creative potential of the unexpected. Rather than offering a fixed narrative, it invites viewers to navigate their own paths through the painting, discovering new connections with each encounter.
