In Unspoken, gestures and marks collide, overlap and interrupt one another, creating a visual language that resists structure and interpretation.

Heavy, assertive gestures coexist with fragile, wandering lines. Some marks emerge with force, while others seem hesitant, almost accidental. Shapes appear, dissolve and reappear, suggesting connections that never fully resolve into recognizable forms.

The composition develops through accumulation, interruption and contradiction. Each gesture responds to what is already present, sometimes reinforcing it, sometimes challenging or disrupting it. What emerges is not a predetermined image but a continuous negotiation between instinct, action and material.

The work reflects my interest in scribbling as a fundamental form of human language, an instinctive expression that precedes words and challenges the expectation that every gesture must communicate a specific meaning.

Unspoken explores the freedom to express without explaining, where the act of making becomes more significant than the need to be understood.
