• Shipping: the artwork is shipped rolled free of cost. Please note that shipping a rolled artwork means that I will take the artwork off its frame and then carefully packing it up to be shipped in a tube. When the artwork arrives at its destination, you simply re-frame or re-stretch them with the help of a local art handler or framer. For larger artwork (dimensions greater than 100x 100cm; 39x39in) , the amount of money to reframe or re-stretch the artwork will be much less than the amount of money it takes to ship the works ready-to-hang . With large artwork , this method is also much safer for the works as chances of the artwork being damaged in transit are much lower.

Al(L)varigt developed through a continuous dialogue between intention and reaction. Rather than following a predetermined composition, I responded to what was already present on the canvas, allowing each mark to guide the next. Layers of acrylic, charcoal, oil pastel and drawing materials are continuously interrupted, concealed and rediscovered, creating a composition that evolves through uncertainty rather than control.

The title refers to the Swedish word allvarligt, meaning "serious." The missing (L) appears only in the title, suggesting that meaning is shaped as much by absence as by presence. Like the painting itself, the title remains open, inviting the viewer to complete the connection.

Part of the Utopie Reattive series, Al(L)varigt explores painting as a responsive process in which every gesture becomes both a consequence of the previous one and the beginning of something new.
